Winter

Although snow has not accumulated here since the early 1980s, winter comes most years. In December, flocks of robins, goldfinch, and cedar waxwings arrive. During winter irruptions, pine siskins may arrive.

We do receive occasional ice. Below is the December, 2000 ice storm.
